About the role
Careers International is hiring an experienced Site Civil Foreman in Ajman to supervise site activities and labour, making sure work is completed efficiently and to quality standards. The position is full time.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and the workforce.
- Ensure construction plans and drawings are implemented correctly.
- Allocate work to labourers and subcontractors.
- Monitor productivity and enforce safety compliance.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Inspect materials and tools on site.
- Coordinate with engineers and site managers for execution.
- Solve minor technical site issues as they arise.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in UAE construction companies.
- Diploma or trade certification in Civil Engineering or a similar qualification.
- Good knowledge of construction procedures and safety standards.
- Effective leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a multicultural workforce.
