Civil Foreman - Oil & Gas

About the role
The company is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to lead civil works on oil & gas projects in Barakah, UAE. The role requires immediate availability and a strong background in construction within the energy sector.
Key responsibilities
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to guide site activities.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Apply strong knowledge of RCC, structural steel, excavation, backfilling, and concrete works.
- Ensure compliance with international standards and strict HSE practices.
Required profile
- Diploma/ITI or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Construction.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Civil Foreman on Oil & Gas, EPC, refinery, petrochemical or pipeline projects.
- Experience on GCC projects is preferred.
Required skills
- RCC construction.
- Structural steel installation.
- Excavation and backfilling techniques.
- Concrete works.
- Reading engineering drawings.
- Coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of international construction standards.
- Strict HSE practice adherence.
