Civil Site Engineer

About the role

The Civil Site Engineer will supervise and coordinate on‑site civil construction activities, ensuring works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, schedules and quality standards. The role requires close collaboration with project teams, subcontractors and consultants to deliver projects safely, on time and in compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil works such as excavation, concreting, masonry and finishing, allocating tasks to foremen and subcontractors.
• Ensure execution follows approved drawings, method statements and specifications, and resolve technical issues on site.
• Conduct site inspections, coordinate with consultants for approvals and maintain records of inspections, approvals and test results.
• Coordinate material and manpower availability with planning, procurement and logistics teams, and prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
• Enforce HSE policies, identify safety hazards, report incidents and support a safe working environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in civil construction projects in the UAE.
• Familiarity with local construction codes and standards.
