General Foreman / Construction Foreman / Site Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Foreman to lead site operations for a well‑established contracting company in Sharjah. You will be the trusted point of contact turning drawings into reality and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day construction and finishing works, maintaining quality and schedule from start to handover.
• Coordinate all categories of workers, assign daily tasks and monitor progress.
• Read and interpret drawings and technical specifications to ensure compliance.
• Maintain site safety and housekeeping standards.
• Report progress and flag issues early to project management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on foreman experience in the UAE.
• Proven ability to supervise both construction and finishing works.
• Experience managing multiple trades and ensuring alignment.
• Strong communication skills; English required, Hindi or Urdu a plus.
