Civil Site Supervisor – Construction Project (Dubai)

About the role

The Civil Site Supervisor will oversee daily construction activities on a Dubai‑based project, ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. You will act as the main point of contact for workers, foremen, subcontractors and the project team.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations, allocate tasks and monitor workforce productivity.
• Verify that construction work follows approved drawings, specifications and project timelines.
• Monitor quality, report defects and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure availability of materials, tools and equipment and maintain site safety compliance.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings, safety briefings and maintain attendance records.
• Identify and report delays, technical issues or site problems promptly.
• Coordinate inspections, assist with issue resolution and keep the site clean and organized.
• Prepare daily site reports and provide progress updates to management.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and site procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Excellent coordination, leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with UAE construction practices is an advantage.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting project deadlines.
