Construction Foreman / Site Supervisor - Dubai

About the role

A mid-sized contracting company with active projects across Dubai is looking for a foreman to keep its sites running from the first shift to the final handover. The role covers daily supervision, workforce organisation, material tracking and safety enforcement, with full-time, stable work on active projects.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily site supervision, watching work quality and pace across all active areas
• Organise the workforce each morning, assigning tasks and adjusting when needed
• Monitor execution against approved drawings, method statements and the project schedule, flagging deviations early
• Coordinate with site engineers and consultants so technical queries are resolved on the spot
• Track materials and equipment, follow up on deliveries, keep stock records accurate and ensure machinery is available when needed
• Enforce safety compliance, including toolbox talks and PPE checks
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports

Required profile

• Solid on-site experience in the UAE construction sector
• Valid UAE driving licence
• Nice to have: experience on residential or commercial projects, familiarity with progress reports and site documentation, and a track record of leading crews of varied trades

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of construction methods, drawings and site sequencing
• Ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure
