Client Lead

About the role

WSP Middle East is seeking a Client Lead to join our team in Abu Dhabi, supporting our commitments across the region, including major programmes such as the new Riyadh Central Station. The role focuses on strengthening client relationships, driving work‑winning efforts, and ensuring excellent project delivery coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, nurture, and grow relationships across priority accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans using market intelligence and CRM insights to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal business units on work‑winning strategies, proposals, and commercial positioning.
• Collect and act on client feedback, working with Project Directors and Technical Leads to enhance the client journey.
• Contribute strategic insights to WSP’s UAE growth agenda and strengthen brand presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in client‑facing, business development, or project delivery within engineering, construction, or built‑environment sectors.
• Proven success in key account management, work‑winning, and senior client relationship leadership.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong understanding of the Middle East market landscape and industry dynamics (preferred).
