Client Onboarding Specialist – High Net Worth Individuals

About the role

Vantage Capital, an ADGM‑licensed wealth‑management firm regulated by the FSRA, is looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to manage the end‑to‑end onboarding of high‑net‑worth individual (HNWI) clients. The role covers KYC, CDD and source‑of‑wealth documentation across multiple jurisdictions and makes use of AI/LLM tools to improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full onboarding lifecycle for new HNWI clients, from document collection to account activation.
• Conduct and document KYC/CDD in line with FSRA and international private‑banking standards.
• Prepare detailed source‑of‑wealth and source‑of‑funds narratives for multi‑jurisdictional profiles.
• Liaise directly with clients, advisors and family offices to obtain required documentation.
• Identify and flag jurisdiction‑specific risk factors such as PEP status or sanctions exposure.
• Maintain audit‑ready records and onboarding trackers, providing status reports to senior management.
• Use AI/LLM tools (e.g., Claude) to draft documentation, perform research and run quality checks while ensuring data confidentiality.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Compliance to continuously improve turnaround time and client experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of KYC/CDD experience in a private‑banking or wealth‑management environment.
• Prior exposure to Singapore and/or Switzerland regulatory frameworks is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CAMS/ACAMS or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Excellent English, high discretion and the ability to manage cases independently.
• Strong analytical mindset with a willingness to learn quickly.

Required skills

• KYC and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes.
• Source‑of‑Wealth (SOW) and Source‑of‑Funds (SOF) documentation.
• FATF standards and AML frameworks.
• Familiarity with FSRA/DIFC regulations.
• Use of AI/LLM tools such as Claude for drafting and research.
