Client Relationship Director

About the role

The Client Relationship Director (CRD) is responsible for strategic ownership, growth, retention and commercial performance of key clients and business partners. This senior commercial leadership role involves executive client engagement, coordination of service delivery across IQ‑EQ and achievement of revenue and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for high‑profile client engagements, managing relationships with C‑suite stakeholders such as CFOs, General Counsels and fund managers.
• Lead quarterly service and relationship reviews, covering KPIs, SLA performance, strategic priorities, commercial results, risks and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain senior relationships with intermediaries including legal advisers, audit firms and consultants, implementing targeted visit and engagement plans.
• Meet or exceed financial and non‑financial targets while ensuring cost efficiency, service quality and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Recognised professional qualification and membership of a relevant financial institute.
• Extensive senior‑level experience in private equity, funds, administration or related financial services.
• Proven track record of managing complex strategic client relationships, improving retention and profitability, and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, management and influencing abilities across functional and jurisdictional boundaries.
• Experience across UAE financial centres (DIFC, ADGM) and other international hubs is highly advantageous.
