Client Relationship Manager / Client Support / Junior Account Executive

About the role

We are seeking motivated, professional, and customer‑focused individuals to join our growing team as Client Relationship Managers, Client Support Representatives, or Junior Account Executives. The role involves communicating with clients, building long‑term relationships, and supporting daily business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive, long‑term relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and other channels, providing professional assistance.
• Assist with client onboarding, account setup, and ongoing account management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to address client requests and improve service delivery.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and client reports when required.
• Monitor client satisfaction, identify sales opportunities, and support retention initiatives.
