About the role

As a Client Service Advisor for CHANEL in Dubai, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance across phone, WhatsApp and email. You will deliver the distinctive CHANEL experience by providing personalized, high‑quality support and product guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries independently, ensuring swift resolution and adherence to service standards.
• Provide product information, storytelling, and advisory services that reflect CHANEL’s heritage.
• Assess issues against company policies and, when necessary, prepare proposals for senior review.
• Collaborate with boutique staff and internal functional teams to guarantee seamless client journeys.
• Build long‑term client relationships by exceeding expectations and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
