About the role
The Client Services Ambassador supports patient care by handling appointment scheduling, registration, insurance, and billing processes while delivering high‑quality customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage patient appointment scheduling and registration efficiently.
- Handle medical insurance processes and related tasks.
- Oversee billing and cash‑up procedures.
- Consistently meet customer service expectations to improve patient service quality.
Required profile
- Completed secondary school education (Grade 12) – essential.
- 2‑3 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Tertiary diploma or Bachelor’s degree in medical science, finance or accounting – desired.
- Experience in a contact centre or healthcare environment – desired.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Familiarity with hospital information systems.
