Clinic Receptionist (Arabic/English)

About the role

The clinic is seeking a friendly, bilingual receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. You will manage appointments, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth front‑desk operations in a busy healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors courteously and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Book, confirm, cancel, and reschedule appointments using the clinic’s scheduling system.
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient inquiries in both English and Arabic.
• Register patients, update their records, and maintain confidentiality of medical information.
• Coordinate appointment times with doctors and nurses.
• Handle billing, payments, receipts, and insurance documentation when required.
• Keep the reception and waiting area clean, professional, and compliant with UAE healthcare regulations.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Previous experience in a clinic or hospital reception is preferred.
• Friendly attitude, professional appearance, and strong customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with appointment‑scheduling systems.
