About the role
You will be a practitioner on Intellect’s telehealth platform, delivering 60‑minute video sessions to support clients' mental health and personal growth. This freelance remote role offers flexible business hours and can complement existing jobs or private practice.
Key responsibilities
- Provide 1‑on‑1 telehealth or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients.
- Address clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, etc.
- Collaborate with the internal clinical team to suggest improvements to the program and platform.
Required profile
- Active International Coaching Federation certification OR a Master/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling/Clinical Psychology.
- ICF coaches: minimum 200 coaching hours; Counsellors/Clinical Psychologists: minimum 300 clinical hours post‑graduation.
- Proficiency in English and the local language.
- Prior experience in EAP, adult counselling, or managerial coaching is preferred.
