Cloud Ambassador – Reception

About the role

Join Cloud Spaces as a Cloud Ambassador – Reception, the welcoming face of our premium business environment. You will create exceptional client experiences and support smooth daily operations across our UAE locations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a warm and professional welcome.
• Assist new client onboarding, including phone setups, system orientations, and tailored reception support.
• Manage day‑to‑day reception tasks such as handling calls, couriers, bookings, meeting rooms, and video‑conferencing arrangements.
• Provide outstanding customer service and share local insights to enhance client experiences.
• Operate and maintain IT and communication tools, including IP phones, interactive screens, and booking platforms.
• Collaborate with team members and management to foster a positive, efficient, and service‑driven workplace.

Required profile

• Passion for customer service and hospitality.
• Previous experience in reception, guest relations, or office administration is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Positive, professional, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with IP phone systems.
• Experience operating interactive display screens.
• Knowledge of booking platform management.
• Familiarity with video‑conferencing equipment.
