Cloud Native Senior Architect

About the role

Pure Storage is expanding its Cloud Native / Portworx service line across EMEA. Based in Dubai, you will be the primary technical resource embedded with customers and delivery teams, delivering design, deployment and day‑2 operations for Portworx Enterprise, PX‑Backup, PX‑DR and modern virtualization solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture workshops, gather technical requirements and document as‑is environments.
• Deploy, configure and maintain Kubernetes clusters and Portworx‑based solutions using manifests, Helm charts and IaC tools.
• Operate Portworx solutions across on‑prem and cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide first‑line support for break/fix cases, collaborate with Portworx Support and Product Engineering, and drive issue resolution.
• Work with Delivery Architects, Solution Architects, Project Managers and Certified Delivery Partners throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Required profile

• 10+ years of hands‑on experience deploying and troubleshooting production Kubernetes environments.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise customers on‑site and communicating technical progress clearly.
• Strong background in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure‑as‑Code tooling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent experience.
