Cluster Commercial Director

About the role

The Cluster Commercial Director will lead the integrated commercial strategy for Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island and Pullman Resort Al Marjan Island. This senior position shapes revenue growth, market share and the reopening of Pullman as an adults‑only destination.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a unified commercial strategy across sales, revenue management, marketing, digital, distribution and F&B sales.
• Lead and inspire cross‑functional teams, ensuring collaboration, accountability and high performance.
• Oversee pricing, forecasting and distribution to optimise commercial performance.
• Identify new markets, strategic partnerships and revenue opportunities across leisure, corporate, groups and MICE segments.
• Drive commercial initiatives for F&B, recreation, wellness and entertainment experiences.
• Prepare the Pullman resort reopening, including market positioning and demand generation.

Required profile

• 10–15 years progressive commercial experience in hospitality, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Proven multi‑property or cluster commercial leadership, preferably in upper‑upscale or lifestyle resorts.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE and GCC hospitality markets.
• Experience in pre‑opening, reopening or repositioning projects is a strong advantage.
