Cluster Director of Revenue

About the role

The Cluster Director of Revenue will lead revenue optimisation across the Paramount Hotel Dubai portfolio. Reporting to senior leadership, you will translate market intelligence, pricing strategy and demand insights into commercial results while collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing and inventory strategies to maximise occupancy, ADR and overall revenue.
• Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, booking patterns and customer demand to identify commercial opportunities.
• Manage room inventory across multiple properties, ensuring optimal room‑price‑channel alignment.
• Monitor reservations, rate compliance and segment performance, adjusting systems and closing out rates as needed.
• Oversee distribution channels and partnerships to enhance visibility and booking opportunities.
• Control group rates, low‑yield allocations, complimentary rooms and upgrades to protect revenue, especially during peak periods.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations to align revenue strategies with broader business objectives.
• Track GDS availability and rate saleability to maintain competitive positioning.
• Prepare and present revenue forecasts, reports and performance dashboards for senior leadership.
• Lead the Reservations team, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
• Drive upselling and cross‑selling initiatives across the portfolio while maintaining a personalised guest experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of senior experience in reservations or revenue management, preferably across multiple hotel properties.
• Background in luxury hospitality is essential.
• Proven ability to work in multicultural, multi‑property environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in Business or a related field.
• Strong analytical, commercial and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and cultures.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of revenue management principles, pricing strategy and inventory control.
• Experience with hotel distribution channels and GDS platforms.
• Proficiency in using revenue management systems and performance analytics tools.
