Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing

About the role

AccorHotel is seeking a senior Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the commercial strategy for its Dubai cluster. The role will drive revenue across corporate, leisure, MICE, group and OTA channels while ensuring alignment with the brand’s standards and growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term sales and marketing strategies to maximise revenue, occupancy and market share.
• Set, monitor and achieve sales targets, KPIs and action plans for the cluster.
• Lead business development across corporate, leisure, MICE, groups, travel agencies, tour operators, wholesalers and OTAs.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, partners and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and translate insights into commercial actions.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimise rates, inventory and business mix.
• Prepare and manage the annual sales & marketing budget and action plan.
• Lead sales missions, trade events, roadshows and exhibitions.
• Coach, motivate and develop the sales & marketing team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior sales & marketing leadership role, preferably in city hotels or multi‑property environments.
• Proven track record in revenue generation, business development and achieving commercial targets.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, leisure, MICE, group, travel trade, wholesale and OTA segments.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication and networking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with hotel sales and revenue management systems.
