Cluster Executive Assistant

About the role

The Cluster Executive Assistant supports the General Manager and the management team at Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road, handling a wide range of administrative duties and ensuring smooth communication with employees and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare reports, presentations, and statistical documents for managers.
• Attend meetings, transcribe minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties.
• Maintain and organize both new and existing files, including giveaway/donation records.
• Compose, produce, and sign routine correspondence; manage incoming calls and act as receptionist when needed.
• Sort and distribute mail, and handle reservations as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service, managing day‑to‑day operations to meet quality standards.
• Handle VIP amenity requests promptly and ensure safety procedures are communicated and followed.
• Analyze information, solve problems, and coordinate project activities with other team members.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of administrative or clerical experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
