Cluster Groups & MICE Coordinator

About the role

An Accor hotel in Dubai is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Cluster Groups & MICE Coordinator. The role acts as a central point of communication and coordination for group-related initiatives, working with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders. It covers the full lifecycle of group inquiries, maintains accurate data systems and ensures smooth operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage group inquiries from initial request through rate loading and distribution, following standard operating procedures
• Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and prepare reports on group progress, performance metrics and rate audits for leadership
• Coordinate group block requirements and handle requests flexibly and responsively
• Manage shared inboxes for group inquiries, prioritizing tasks and responding professionally
• Support RFP processes for group accounts, including data collection, rate setup and tracking
• Ensure compliance with group reporting and procedure guidelines
• Organize and support client visits, site inspections and familiarization trips
• Handle customer and agency inquiries about group bookings and escalate issues as needed
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in coordination, administrative support or sales support, preferably in hospitality, events or group travel
• Solid understanding of group booking processes and group travel coordination
• Ability to analyze data and prepare clear, comprehensive reports

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent organization, time management and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders
