About the role
Join the Hotels team and lead the HR function for a cluster of properties, delivering memorable guest experiences through strong people practices.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management.
- Foster team member engagement through recognition programs, special events, and other initiatives.
- Manage HR systems, data, reporting, and unemployment claims while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
Required profile
- A passion for hospitality and spreading warmth.
- Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
