Cluster People And Culture Manager

About the role

The Cluster People And Culture Manager will lead HR initiatives across the NH Collection Ibn Battuta Hotel in Dubai, ensuring a high‑performance culture and exceptional employee experience. Reporting to the General Manager, you will partner with department heads to align people strategies with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and forecast the hotel manpower budget in coordination with the GM, DFC and department heads.
• Drive employee morale through learning & development programs and act on engagement survey results.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, performance appraisal and reward & recognition processes.
• Implement HR policies, ensure compliance with UAE labour legislation and corporate governance.
• Manage training, career progression, payroll monitoring and disciplinary procedures.
• Coordinate visa processes, staff welfare activities, cafeteria menu planning and other operational HR tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR within international hospitality or similar environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English.
