Cluster Sales Manager

About the role

Brand Aid Marketing Solutions is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Cluster Sales Manager to lead sales performance across multiple markets in the MENA region. Based in Dubai, you will drive revenue growth, manage a portfolio of B2B clients and develop new business opportunities within the experiential marketing and events sector.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee sales targets and revenue growth for a defined cluster of markets.
• Manage and expand a portfolio of B2B clients, identifying new opportunities and nurturing relationships with senior decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with operations and project teams to create tailored proposals, pitches and pricing strategies.
• Coach, train and mentor account managers and sales staff to standardise sales approaches and improve win rates.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasts.
• Negotiate contracts, hand over qualified leads to delivery teams and represent Brand Aid at client meetings and industry events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in experiential marketing, events or advertising.
• Strong account management and client relationship skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of sales planning, pipeline management, forecasting and revenue growth strategies.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
