About the role
The CNC Machinist is responsible for producing machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines while ensuring part quality, safety standards, and equipment care.
Key responsibilities
- Follow all safety rules and company policies.
- Produce threaded connections and parts according to drawings and programs.
- Inspect and verify each part meets specifications.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Care for and protect all company equipment.
Required profile
- Industrial or manufacturing diploma or vocational training in mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in turning, machining, and fitting trades.
- Experience with DMG, Mazak, ROMI, and Doosan CNC machines.
- Oil & gas manufacturing background is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with DMG‑Beta & Gamma machines.
- Proficiency with Mazak ST450, STN500/550M.
- Proficiency with ROMI M33, M43.
- Proficiency with Doosan Puma700LM, DBC130L.
- Familiarity with CNC programming for rotatory shoulder connections (API, Grant Prideco, Tenaris, Vam) and HWDP components.
