About the role

As a Collections Specialist at RAKBANK, you will manage delinquent customer accounts, drive recoveries, and support the bank’s portfolio quality objectives. This role is open to UAE nationals and combines customer engagement, negotiation, risk awareness, and problem‑solving to achieve strong collection outcomes while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Manage delinquent customer accounts and drive recoveries.
Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely account regularisation.
Identify early warning indicators and contribute to the bank’s collection and recovery objectives.

Required profile

UAE nationals only.
Strong customer engagement, negotiation, risk awareness and problem‑solving skills.
