Commercial Banking Relationship Manager – SME Financing

About the role

This is a key commercial position focused on expanding SME financing services for a fast‑growing FinTech company in the UAE. The role combines sales, business development and relationship management to help small and medium enterprises unlock working capital through receivables‑backed solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the SME client portfolio.
• Generate leads, conduct outreach, and convert prospects through structured pipelines.
• Present tailored financing solutions, negotiate terms, and oversee client onboarding.
• Leverage existing networks and build new partnerships to position the platform as a cash‑flow enabler.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and operations teams to align development activities with business goals.
• Track sales metrics, maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• 5–7 years total experience, with 3–5 years in SME financing, business loans or related banking services in the UAE.
• Proven track record of business development and deal closure in the SME sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
