Commercial Intern – Luxury Media (Unpaid)

About the role

ITP Luxury’s Prestige Group, which publishes leading luxury titles such as Harper’s Bazaar Arabia and Esquire Middle East, is seeking a Commercial Intern to support its commercial team across the region. The unpaid, full‑time internship offers hands‑on exposure to luxury media and advertising, allowing the intern to work on real campaigns and client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in drafting proposals and creating tailored presentations for advertising campaigns and partnerships.
• Compile and analyse campaign performance data, preparing clear reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support including meeting scheduling, minute taking, calendar management and record‑keeping.
• Coordinate with the editorial team to align content with advertising objectives and manage brand placements.
• Support the end‑to‑end delivery of campaigns, ensuring timelines and client expectations are met.
• Maintain client communications, develop overview documents for fashion, hospitality, beauty, travel and other categories.
• Occasionally attend luxury events to represent the brand and network with potential clients.

Required profile

• Valid UAE residence visa.
• Immediate availability for a full‑time 3‑6 month internship.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interest in the luxury sector and media industry.
