Commercial Manager – Strategic Partnerships

About the role

The Commercial Manager will drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and commercial initiatives on the SHARE platform. You will work cross‑functionally to identify, evaluate and onboard partners across credit cards, BNPL, remittances, payments and other commercial opportunities, delivering customer‑centric solutions that boost performance and long‑term value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the financial services and partnership strategy to increase revenue and customer value.
• Build robust business cases, ROI analyses, financial forecasts and KPI targets for each partnership.
• Create and maintain financial models to assess revenue potential, cost drivers and sensitivities.
• Lead commercial negotiations covering scope, deliverables and contract terms.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Product, Technology, Marketing, Analytics, Operations and Customer Experience to launch and scale partnerships.
• Monitor partnership performance against financial and operational KPIs, driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in commercial strategy, partnerships, business development or revenue growth.
• Proven track record in building business cases, financial models, ROI analysis and delivering commercial recommendations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with experience in market assessments, pricing and performance optimisation.
