Commercial Real Estate Advisor

About the role

EGRE International is expanding its UAE operations and seeks an experienced Commercial Real Estate Advisor to grow its commercial property business in Dubai. The role focuses on sales, leasing and investment opportunities across offices, retail, warehouses, industrial assets and commercial investment properties.

Key responsibilities

• Source commercial properties for sale and lease, building relationships with landlords, developers and asset owners.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking and existing client relationships.
• Advise investors, business owners and corporate occupiers on commercial property opportunities.
• Conduct viewings, negotiate commercial terms and manage transactions through to completion.
• Develop and maintain an active pipeline of commercial listings, investors and occupiers.
• Identify income‑producing assets and commercial portfolios for investment.
• Leverage EGRE’s international network to facilitate cross‑border investment opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of commercial real estate experience in Dubai.
• Proven track record in commercial sales and/or leasing.
• Strong understanding of Dubai’s commercial property market, pricing and transaction processes.
• Existing relationships with landlords, investors, business owners or corporate occupiers.
• Professional, self‑motivated and commercially driven with excellent English communication skills.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
