Commercial Strategy Manager (Remote Consulting)

About the role

Ethos is seeking experienced commercial strategy managers to help train a cutting‑edge language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. This remote consulting role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI‑generated outputs across key sales and go‑to‑market workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and refine territory and quota models, sales battlecards, and objection‑handling guides.
• Develop pipeline forecast decks for leadership reviews and win/loss analysis write‑ups.
• Craft go‑to‑market launch plans for new segments or products.
• Produce compensation plan and incentive structure proposals.

Required profile

• 5+ years in sales strategy, go‑to‑market planning, or revenue leadership.
• Direct ownership of territory and quota design and pipeline forecast decks.
• Fluency with pipeline forecast methodology, sales battlecard development, and compensation plan design.
• Expert‑level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.
