About the role
The Commis 3 will support kitchen operations at the BVLGARI Resort in Dubai, preparing ingredients, cooking food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and portion ingredients, wash, peel, and measure produce.
- Cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards, and conduct taste tests.
- Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers safely.
- Maintain workstation setup, clean and disinfect kitchen areas, tools, and equipment.
- Monitor food temperatures and ensure compliance with safety policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related kitchen experience.
Required skills
- Operation of ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
