Commis II – Hot Kitchen

About the role

Radisson Blu Hotel Ajman is seeking a Commis II for the hot kitchen to help deliver the highest food quality in line with brand standards and HACCP regulations. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie to ensure consistent preparation, portion control, and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and produce all hot kitchen items according to recipes, portion guidelines, and Radisson Blu corporate standards.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation practices, adhering strictly to HACCP and hotel food safety policies.
• Monitor stock, collect requisitions, store items properly, and minimise waste and spoilage.
• Assist in equipment maintenance, reporting any repairs needed to ensure smooth operation.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of menu items, specials, and their recipes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and uniform.
• Willingness to follow safety, fire, emergency, and bomb procedures.
