About the role

As a Commis II at Lexington Grill & Bar within the Waldorf Astoria in Ras Al Khaimah, you will support the culinary team in delivering high‑quality dishes and memorable dining experiences for guests. Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items following recipes and quality standards.
• Assist guests by managing orders efficiently and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Execute complex recipes, oversee station set‑up, and conduct quality and inventory checks.
• Inspect plates before service to guarantee presentation and taste standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked workstation, adhering to food‑handling and safety protocols.
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and monitor inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol‑service regulations.
