Communications Manager – Corporate (Emiratisation)

About the role

We are seeking a Communications Manager to join the strategy and transformation division of a leading financial institution in Abu Dhabi. The role is dedicated to shaping internal and external communication, reinforcing the corporate brand, and ensuring alignment with the organisation’s vision.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies that support organisational objectives.
• Oversee internal communication platforms to deliver clear and consistent corporate messages.
• Lead external communication activities, including press statements, public speeches, website updates, and social media content.
• Manage relationships with third‑party vendors and PR agencies to maintain a uniform brand image.
• Create and maintain robust crisis communication plans.
• Supervise budget planning and monitor departmental financial performance.
• Guide, mentor, and motivate team members to foster a values‑driven culture.

Required profile

• UAE National.
• Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, business management, or a related field.
• Minimum ten years of experience in a securities exchange, stock exchange, or a comparable financial sector.
• At least five years in a managerial role with increasing responsibility.
• Strong understanding of corporate brand management, media database management, and public relations practices.
