Community & Events Manager – Luxury Real Estate (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Community & Events Manager to own and grow an exclusive network of top real‑estate brokers in Dubai. You will blend high‑touch digital community management with luxury event production, ensuring every interaction—from daily chat prompts to private getaways—delivers a premium experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, nurture, and expand a closed ecosystem of high‑performing brokers.
• Drive daily engagement in private chat channels, sharing market insights and curated content.
• Plan and execute private offline events, masterminds, mixers, and luxury trips for members.
• Coordinate high‑end gifting strategies, welcome kits, and milestone rewards.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Marketing team on announcements, recaps, and promotional materials.
• Act as the primary concierge for elite members, fostering loyalty and active participation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community management, event production, or VIP hospitality (UAE or luxury real‑estate experience is a plus).
• Highly proactive, resourceful, and able to take full ownership of projects from concept to execution.
• Excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and discretion when dealing with high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages such as Russian or Arabic are advantageous.
• Based in Dubai (mandatory).
