Community Manager - Prop Trading Brand

About the role

IBMC, a business management consulting firm that supplies creative and technical talent to international investment and proprietary trading clients, is looking for a vibrant, proactive Community Manager to be the face and voice of its client's brand in Dubai. This is an on-site position for a creative professional who lives and breathes social media culture, responsible for building an engaged community, creating viral-ready content and acting as the primary on-camera talent for a leading brand in the prop trading industry.

Key responsibilities

• Build and moderate relationships with followers, influencers and partners, gather feedback, host Q&A sessions and run community events such as giveaways and trading challenges.
• Act as the main on-camera personality for Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, collaborating with creative teams on high-quality, on-brand visuals.
• Launch and manage official Twitter (X) accounts, writing engaging threads on industry insights while keeping a consistent brand tone.
• Track community sentiment and engagement metrics, and monitor industry conversations to raise brand visibility in the global finance space.

Required profile

• Currently based in Dubai or willing to work on-site there.
• 2-3 years of experience managing online communities or social media accounts.
• Highly confident, expressive and comfortable presenting in front of the camera for short-form video; portfolio and social media handles required.
• Exceptional English communication and copywriting skills, written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms; knowledge of trading or finance is a big plus.
• Proactive, responsive and able to represent the brand professionally and friendly.

Required skills

• Comfortable using creative tools such as Canva, CapCut and Buffer or similar.
• Social media strategy and content creation.
