About the role
We are looking for a proactive Community Manager to join our team on a three‑month contract, with the possibility of extension. The role focuses on developing, executing and measuring social‑media communication strategies to enhance brand reputation and engage audiences across the UAE market.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to design and launch creative social‑media campaigns for brands, executives, products, events and advocacy initiatives.
- Manage client social‑media pages daily, responding to comments, moderating discussions and proactively engaging followers.
- Support end‑to‑end campaign execution, adhering to timelines and project plans.
- Serve as the main liaison ensuring efficient communication between the client and its audience.
- Monitor, listen and engage on social platforms to protect and enhance the client’s public image.
- Track and achieve agreed KPIs by delivering regular, relevant and engaging content.
- Provide expertise on best practices for each social‑media channel.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of agency experience as a Community Manager.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
