Community Outreach & National Identity Manager (UAE National)

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking an outstanding Manager – Community Outreach and National Identity to support its schools and help shape the future of Abu Dhabi’s leading school group.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a coherent community outreach and National Identity strategy aligned with Aldar Education priorities and ADEK requirements.
• Monitor and support each school’s National Identity strategy, providing coaching, challenge and practical assistance to school leaders.
• Coordinate the Nabati poetry programme and embed National Identity themes across curriculum, assemblies, student leadership and the school environment.
• Lead community and parent engagement initiatives, building partnerships with government, cultural and charitable organisations.
• Define and maintain dashboards, evaluate impact through surveys and reports, and ensure compliance with safeguarding and ADEK standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Community Development, Social Sciences, Public Relations, Cultural Studies, Arabic Studies or a related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a middle or senior management role within schools or education organisations, with demonstrable UAE experience.
• Experience designing, implementing and evaluating multi‑stakeholder programmes, preferably at a multi‑school level.
• Strong knowledge of UAE culture, heritage, values and National Identity priorities.
