Compensation and Benefits Manager

About the role

Rotana Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead its total rewards strategy across the region. You will design competitive compensation packages, ensure compliance with local regulations, and promote a healthy work‑life balance through innovative benefit programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and propose compensation packages and policies aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
• Implement and evaluate current compensation and benefits structures, including base pay, incentives, and health‑welfare plans.
• Conduct market surveys to benchmark compensation programs and provide recommendations for enhancements.
• Manage annual salary and merit increase processes using market data.
• Create and execute communication strategies for compensation and benefits programs.
• Maintain relationships with health‑plan brokers and third‑party administrators.
• Gather strategic market intelligence on compensation trends in emerging hotel locations.
• Support pre‑opening budgeting and staffing for new properties.
• Assist the Corporate Vice President – Talent & Culture in updating HR guidelines and policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience (≈60 months) in compensation and benefits within a hospitality or large‑scale organization.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
