About the role

The Compensation Specialist is a part‑time remote position focused on ensuring fair, transparent and sustainable compensation practices across the organization. You will analyze compensation data, help design and maintain pay structures, and support budgeting and planning cycles.

Key responsibilities

Analyze current compensation data and market benchmarks.
Assist in designing, maintaining, and updating compensation structures.
Conduct job evaluations to ensure internal equity.
Prepare compensation reports and provide data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and create reports.
Attention to detail, confidentiality and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Relevant education in HR, finance, business, economics or equivalent experience.
