Complex Director of Revenue Management

About the role

The Complex Director of Revenue Management for the Mina Seyahi Complex in Dubai leads the revenue strategy, driving hotel profitability through pricing, forecasting, inventory optimisation and demand management. The role partners with hotel leadership and commercial teams to maximise revenue performance and achieve financial objectives across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute sales and pricing strategies for transient, group, catering and function space.
• Lead revenue‑management projects, analyse historical and forecast data to identify profit opportunities.
• Manage dynamic pricing, rate restrictions and room authorisations using brand revenue‑management systems.
• Prepare and monitor budgets for all segments, ensuring alignment with long‑term objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing to capture business opportunities and increase profitability.
• Serve as demand expert for GMs and regional stakeholders, providing market insights and recommendations.
• Participate in quarterly regional reviews while protecting brand integrity and positioning.
• Lead meetings, influence cross‑functional teams and promote sound financial decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in revenue management within upscale hotel or resort environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate pricing effectiveness and forecast demand.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects, influence senior stakeholders and drive results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with high integrity and professionalism.
