Concierge Agent - UAE National

About the role

The St. Regis Abu Dhabi, a Forbes Travel Guide 5-Star hotel with 283 guest rooms and 55 suites, is hiring a full-time, non-management Concierge Agent (UAE national). The position sits within Rooms & Guest Services Operations and involves handling guest requests, answering calls and messages, and supporting guests throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services such as transportation, reservations and dry cleaning, arranging them or identifying suitable providers.
• Handle special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Gather, summarise and share information with guests about the property and local amenities, including special events and activities.
• Answer, record and process guest calls, messages, requests, questions and concerns, contacting departments such as Bellperson or Housekeeping as needed.
• Review shift logs and daily memo books and document information in logbooks.
• Monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service, safety and guest well-being.
• Report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions to the manager and complete required safety training and certifications.
• Welcome guests according to company standards, assist individuals with disabilities and maintain confidentiality and company assets.
• Follow company policies, keep uniform and appearance professional, and comply with quality assurance standards.

Required profile

• UAE national.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No related work experience or supervisory experience required.
• Able to stand, sit or walk for long periods and to lift objects of up to 10 pounds.
