Concierge Intern

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira in Dubai is seeking a Concierge Intern to join its Concierge team. You will provide five‑star service, anticipate guest needs, and support the Rooms Division in delivering exceptional experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create focused conversations with guests to identify personal preferences and anticipate their requirements.
• Provide directions, travel information and arrange transportation, limousine services, airline bookings, and restaurant reservations.
• Maintain daily records of guest requests, reservations and confirmations using Concierge software.
• Assist guests with sightseeing, shopping, cultural activities and ensure accurate communication of details to management and colleagues.
• Build relationships with guests to delight them and foster loyalty, adhering to MOHG Legendary Quality Experiences standards.

Required profile

• Senior school qualification or equivalent; hospitality school diploma is a plus.
• Availability from October until April and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Minimum one luxury hospitality internship experience.
• Strong command of English, both verbal and written; additional languages (Spanish, German, Italian, Russian, French) are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
