Concierge Physician - Private Estate Medical Lead, Abu Dhabi

About the role

A private household in Abu Dhabi is recruiting a UK and European-trained concierge physician to act as its private estate medical lead. During the summer months and on shorter trips, the same physician accompanies the family, protecting the household's rhythm wherever it settles. The employment relationship is direct with the family; Medical Staff Talent's role is limited to introducing and verifying the candidate.

Required profile

• Full registration as a family medicine physician (GP) within a UK or European system.
• 3 or more years of unsupervised clinical experience.
• Excellent English and strict confidentiality.
• Composure, a steady manner and a strong sense of trust.
• Valid passport and availability to move at short notice.
• Live-in, single-status; the role suits clinicians relocating alone with flexibility to travel worldwide with the family.

What we offer

• Salary of 218,000 GBP per year gross, agreed directly between the family and the clinician.
• Free accommodation provided by the family.
• Medical insurance covered; professional indemnity insurance is not included and must be arranged by the clinician.

• Flights and travel always paid for by the family.
