Connectivity Centre Agent

About the role

The Connectivity Centre Agent will be the primary point of contact for all guest communications at One&Only The Palm, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience through the resort’s call centre. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, coordinate guest requests, and support the Guest Experience Manager in delivering the brand’s high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place internal and external calls with courteous, high‑touch service.
• Project a favorable image of One&Only The Palm during all telephonic interactions.
• Coordinate guest requests promptly, ensuring the call centre functions as the central communication hub.
• Anticipate pre‑arrival needs and execute guest requests efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with reservations using the Opera property management system.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar role within upscale luxury hospitality or five‑star hotels.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Computer literate with experience using Opera PMS; Middle East/GCC experience advantageous.
