About the role
The Construction Manager will lead all construction activities and operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee construction planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Coordinate and supervise construction teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and report updates to stakeholders.
- Implement health, safety, and environmental policies.
Required profile
- Provide clear instructions and goals to the project team in line with plans, schedules, and resources.
- Delegate duties, track progress, and ensure successful achievement of objectives.
