Construction Manager - Civil (Oil & Gas, ADNOC Experience)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager – Civil to lead civil construction projects for a leading oil & gas company in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle, from mobilization to hand‑over, with a schedule of 5‑month offshore assignments followed by a month of paid leave.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and oversee construction activities from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and execution strategies.
• Develop schedules, monitor milestones and control critical paths.
• Prepare budgets, estimate resources and manage project costs.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, manpower and equipment.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers and government authorities.
• Oversee Abu Dhabi Civil Defence certifications and re‑certification.
• Identify risks, manage scope changes and implement contingency plans.
• Prepare progress reports, documentation and management presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of civil construction experience.
• Proven experience on ADNOC projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage civil construction teams and subcontractors.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making skills.
• Willingness to work offshore for 5 months with 1 month paid leave.
