Construction Manager

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager to lead on‑site activities for a high‑profile client in the energy sector. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all on‑site construction activities.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within the allocated budget.
• Maintain quality, safety and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply in‑house construction management procedures to provide continuity and consistency.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical and operational issues.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Construction Manager on large, complex projects.
• Experience in the oil, gas or energy sector is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling and quality assurance.
• Ability to lead on‑site teams and work under pressure.
