Construction Project Director

About the role

SASCO Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Project Director to lead a fast‑track development for Musanada in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing the project from execution through to handover, acting as the primary liaison between senior management and the client.

Key responsibilities

• Administer contracts with a strong focus on FIDIC standards.
• Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and project documentation.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and cost forecasts.
• Lead negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor progress to ensure milestones are met on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Report regularly to clients and internal stakeholders on status, risks, and issues.
• Resolve on‑site challenges and delays promptly.
• Prepare and submit bids for new tenders.

Required profile

• 20–25 years of experience in the UAE construction industry.
• Preferably at least 3 years of experience on Musanada projects.
• Strong organizational and project‑management capabilities.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Based in Abu Dhabi and fluent in written and spoken English.
